Pusher

  Pusher is a special equipment for heating billet in reheating furnace in rolling production line. Mechanical pusher is often used in old production line, which has large volume, high price, high failure rate and complex maintenance. In practical application, equipment such as pusher requires synchronous control, which requires the electronic control device to have the characteristics of fast synchronization, accurate positioning, etc. most of the original production equipment uses friction plate mechanical clutch to connect two or more mechanical hard, so as to complete the same step of equipment location.
